I-tasuki Restaurant was formally under the supervision of Blue Sky Hotel (4 star hotel) which is at Balikpapan, East Kalimantan that has achieved ISO 2000 in the hospitality industry & restaurant management.

Established in 2004, I-tasuki Restaurant has grown to operate over 16 outlets in major malls across Jakarta, Bandung, Balikpapan, Medan, and Surabaya. Our restaurant showcases authentic Thai-style Suki and Grill cuisine, with a rich broth made from genuine spices and bones. Our signature sauces are crafted in-house, setting us apart from others. Our menu also features an array of à la carte dishes, dim sum, desserts, and beverages, including specialty coffees, mocktails, and fresh juices.

In addition to our restaurant services, I-tasuki Restaurant provides comprehensive outside catering solutions for diverse events, featuring snack boxes, lunch boxes, buffets, and prasmanan. We are honored to have been entrusted by the State Palace as the primary catering provider for official events in IKN, East Kalimantan."
