This year, Blue Sky Hotel Balikpapan celebrates Ramadan with the theme "Harmony of Taste Ramadan", offering a selection of delicious Indonesian menus that change daily (rotating menu). Despite the focus on Indonesian cuisine, Blue Sky Hotel Balikpapan also presents a variety of Western and Oriental dishes.

The highlight of our menu is the Nusantara dishes, with a variety of food stalls offering appetizers, soups, main courses, and desserts. There will also be LIVE COOKING stations.
